At Wellington Mobile Optician, we are committed to delivering your eyewear products safely, quickly, and reliably. Every order is carefully processed and shipped using trusted carriers to ensure a smooth shopping experience.

Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays).

Orders placed after 5:00 PM (EST) will be processed on the next business day.

Please note that orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Time & Delivery Estimates

We currently offer Free Standard Shipping within the United States.

  • Estimated Transit Time: 3–5 business days
  • Estimated Total Delivery Time: 4–7 business days (processing + shipping)

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, weather conditions, carrier delays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship only within the United States.
International shipping is not available at this time.

Shipping Costs

We proudly offer Free Shipping on all orders.
No additional shipping fees are charged at checkout.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

If you do not receive a tracking email within 2 business days after placing your order, please contact our support team.

Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

If your package is delayed, lost in transit, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact us as soon as possible. We will work with the shipping carrier to assist in resolving the issue.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To process a damage claim, please provide:

  • Clear photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
  • Your order number

Claims submitted without photo evidence may not qualify for a replacement or refund.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at info@wmopbc.com. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.

Wellington Mobile Optician is not responsible for packages delivered to incorrectly entered addresses provided by the customer.
